Candace, a winner from The Ed Norris Show/Medifast listener contest, chimes in with her latest Medifast weight-loss update:

Starting Weight: 204.5

Current Weight: 169.5

I’ve lost 35 pounds in 12 weeks, and couldn’t be happier with Medifast. I have 9.5 pounds to go before I reach my goal, but I’m actually thinking that I might go to 155 pounds instead of stopping at 160. I’m beginning to feel very happy about my body. I don’t think I’m quite ready for Medifast’s Transition and Maintenance Phase yet, so I’m going to continue with the 5&1 Plan until I reach my goal!

So stay tuned until next week!
